Notes, summaries, and materials produced during client engagements are prepared for the specific client and are not to be distributed externally without prior agreement. Trace Mesh Core retains the right to reference engagement structures and methods in anonymised form.

The Trace Mesh Core name and associated branding are the property of Trace Mesh Core. Use of this name or imagery in any context that implies an association or endorsement without permission is not permitted.

Trace Meshcore operates in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報の保護に関する法律), as amended in April 2022. As an entity providing business consulting services from our office at 〒810-0042 Fukuoka, Fukuoka-shi, Chuo-ku, Akasaka 1-14-7, we are classified as a personal information handling business operator under the Act.
When you submit a request through our contact form or arrange consulting projects, we process only the categories of data described in this policy. We do not transfer personal information to third parties without your prior consent except where required by Japanese law, where necessary for the protection of human life, health or property, or where cooperating with national or local government authorities carrying out affairs prescribed by law.
Under the APPI, you have the right to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, cessation of use, or cessation of provision to third parties of your retained personal data.
